Owner's Bio

Dr. Reginald L. Dixon over his professional and personal career has had numerous employers and personal business ventures where his personal and educational backgrounds were pivotal in improving the effectiveness of the organizations. 

EDUCATION

Dr. Dixon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Park University (2000) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Oakwood University (1993). He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (1996), and a Doctor of Management in Leadership from the University of Phoenix (2014). Dr. Dixon has been teaching at the collegiate level since 2015 at numerous universities (Baker University and currently at Avila University). Dr. Dixon over the years has taught Human Resource Management, Management, and Leadership courses at the bachelor's and master's levels. Dr. Dixon has also sat on numerous dissertation committees as the content expert and as an advisor or counselor for doctoral students. Over the last 25 years, he has also been tutoring K-12 grades and college students.

ENTERTAINMENT

Dr. Dixon has been involved in music since the age of 6 when he sang in the children's choir. At age 14 he started singing in quartets where, at age 16, the group he was in won first place in a 10-state singing contest. Singing in groups and choirs continued on into college, where he had the opportunity to sing all over the country as well as at a worldwide conference in New Orleans. Since college, Dr. Dixon has done less singing and more leading. From 1996 - 2020 he directed numerous adult choirs across multiple denominations. He has also directed numerous youth choirs and male choruses across the country. In 2000, Dr. Dixon produced an award-winning negro spiritual album SPIRITUAL REVIVAL: BACK TO THE SPIRIT - YESTERDAY, TODAY, AND TOMORROW which to this day is still selling across the globe. Dr. Dixon is also a published poet, having his poetry published numerous times over the span of 20 years. Lastly, he is also an accomplished artist creative- and advertising-wise. Dr. Dixon has been doing art and has been published over the last 40 years.
